Dr. McGuffog Win's NYSCATE's Superintendent Tech Award 2020
Dr. Carolyn McGuffog was named NYSCATE's Superintendent of the Year in 2020 for her outstanding leadership and investment in educational technology!
NYSCATE describes the recipient of the Superintendent of the Year award as a "district superintendent who serves as a true empowered leader, leveraging and championing technologies in the classroom and throughout the district to transform his/her school district."
Since her arrival in 2017 Dr. McGuffog has instituted, and continued to facilitate meaningful change at GNC UFSD. Winning this award is the culmination of years of commitment and advocacy for all students.
Her stewardship was, and is, the driving force behind GNCUFSD's virtual platform and one to one initiatives. She continues to strive for improvements across the District, championing professional development and student access. Greenburgh-North Castle's staff and students are fortunate to have her at the helm!
